We own a small extension of land in Sicily, this land has been in our family since generation and we have been producing grapes and wheat throughout decades. We are now approaching the market with a focus on bringing only products that are absolutely genuine and thus without the use of any chemical or methods that could be dangerous for men or the environment.

As you might know Sicily has a strong tradition of producing very special and peculiar food including pasta and flour. Our production is definitely helped by strong sunny days that make our harvest a wheat tasty and rich without applying any artificial agricultural technique. Based on our philosophy all the products that we bring to market are of premier quality but also reflect the love and passion we have for our land.
